Each item is printed and fulfilled by Printful, which ensures that all products are made to order with the highest standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility for All Items:

  • Non-Refundable Products: Due to the custom nature of Printful-fulfilled items (including art prints, apparel, accessories, etc.), we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Custom Products: All custom-created items, including art, apparel, or other products with your design, are non-refundable unless there is a printing error or the item is physically damaged.

2. How to Return or Exchange

  • Contact us at owloffersofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Please provide your order number, a photo of the damaged/defective item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item.

3. Refund Process

  • After the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • If the item is confirmed damaged or defective, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
